Return Policy
- Items received in good condition in exact quantity with accessories.
- Goods may be subjected to exchange within 07 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchange of goods will be carried out on weekdays from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm only.
- Customers that receive e-bills must forward the received e-bill to the respective branch’s email address from the email address of the customer that received the e-bill, to initiate a return process, if any.
- Only after we receive an email from the Original owner of the products as per the invoice, we shall initiate the return process.
